Dr Mark Diesendorf
Dr Mark Diesendorf is currently senior lecturer at the Institute of Environmental Studies. His areas of expertise are the assessment of energy technologies, especially renewable energy and nuclear power, and energy policy. Previously, at various times, he has been a Principal Research Scientist in CSIRO, Professor of Environmental Science at University of Technology Sydney, Director of Sustainability Centre Pty Ltd, President of the former Australasian Wind Energy Association and President of the Australia New Zealand Society for Ecological Economics. He is author of the recent book, "Greenhouse Solutions with Sustainable Energy".
