Dr Sami Kara
Sami Kara is Director of Research and founder of the Life Cycle Engineering Research Group at UNSW, in the School of Mechanical and Manufacturing Engineering. He is also Life Cycle Engineering Program Leader at the Centre for Sustainable Materials Research and Technology and Technical Leader for the Advanced Manufacturing CRC. Dr Kara’s research interests include energy and eco-efficiency of products and manufacturing processes, sustainable manufacturing, and End-of-Life Assessment of products.
