Dr Sean O’Byrne
Dr Sean O’Byrne’s research interests cover the application of advanced laser-based measurement techniques to problems in combustion and fluid flow. His fluid research interests cover hypersonic flow, industrial combustion, supersonic combustion ramjet engines and measurement of gaseous pollutants in vehicle exhausts. He is interested in the development of diode laser sensors for measurement of combustion efficiency and pollutants in industrial combustion systems.
